By downloading, installing, or playing CatRoll, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game and discontinue use.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use CatRoll for entertainment purposes. You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute the game or its assets,
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code,
• use the game for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. In‑Game Purchases and Advertising

CatRoll may include optional in-app purchases and advertisements. All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store, and all transactions are final. We are not responsible for issues caused by third‑party payment processors or ad networks.

4. Game Data

Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Future versions may offer cloud saving through Google Play Services. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device malfunction, uninstallation, storage clearing, or corrupted files.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the game, including but not limited to:

• attempting to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game systems,
• using unauthorized third‑party tools or modifications,
• engaging in behavior that disrupts or harms the experience of other users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CatRoll is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding:

• the game’s performance, availability, or error‑free operation,
• the accuracy of game content,
• the reliability of third‑party services (ads, analytics, cloud saves).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rollmint Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or data corruption resulting from your use of the game, including but not limited to:

• device issues,
• software conflicts,
• network failures,
• third‑party service errors.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of CatRoll at any time, with or without notice. This includes gameplay changes, features, or availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CatRoll if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or abusive behavior. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the game.
